Here's is a good idea! Before playing "The Cookie Jar", prepare the cookies at home.
This is an easy recipe, taken from Período Estendido's home-page:
Soft cookies
Ingredients:
▪ 3 cups of flour
▪ 1 cup of sugar
▪ 1 egg
▪ 200 g of saltless butter
▪ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Procedure:
▪ Pre-heat the oven to 175ºC and dip in grease the serving dish.
▪ In a big bowl, mix the egg and the sugar. Add the flour, the baking powder and the butter.
▪ Put little balls of dough in the serving dish and take it to the oven for around 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden. You can also put some chocolate drops to make it more special.
